This American Heart Association course will teach basic first aid knowledge, including how to respond to cardiac arrest and choking. This session will develop the skills and the confidence to respond and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrives. This is a competitive ladder for intermediate (3.0) or above. What is a 3.0 Pickleball player? It is someone who understands the basic rules. They are working on getting their serves and returns deeper. They are working on getting their dink lower. They are capable of sustaining a few dinks in a row. They are now working on better court positioning and adding power and softness when needed.

Players will play competitive doubles matches where they have the opportunity to move up or down courts depending on if they win or lose. Each player will be randomly assigned their initial partner.

Our ladder sessions are limited to 16 players on four courts and players will play the whole time.

Whether you are looking to just get out and play or fuel your competitive spirit, Greenfield Recreation’s Adult Basketball league will be sure to get you active.
